jaatendi
I had a customer attempt to transfer a domain from another registrar to my website, and he was told that the transfer could not be completed because the domain was locked with the old registrar. I got him to unlock the domain and try to transfer again. Now he is getting a message that says the domain is already registered with us. What do you recommend I do in this situation?

jaatendi
Thanks for comments guys, but I'm trying to understand what you mean. othellotech, is the transfer button in the frontend or backend. What is it? I'm not sure what you mean by the domain being in my system.
othellotech
I'm not sure what you mean by the domain being in my system. When you're logged into WHMCS as an admin, use the search - is the domain there ? Click the id to view the details , then click transfer
jaatendi
Ok, thanks I'm getting comfortable with managing domains in the backend of WHMCS, and feel like I can do pretty much everything there. Prior to this I was doing everything at Enom's website, so that's a great step for me. Cheers.
