How to set up websites free offering per billing cycle

I am offering free domains and web sites to my clients that will pay annual, biannual and triennial, but can not find how to configure the inclusion of web sites.

 

I explain with an example, to avoid confusion:

I have 4 hosting plans, each with 6 billing cycles: monthly, quarterly, semiannual, annual, biennial and triennial.

 

The free website offer only applies to customers who pays annual, biennial and triennial, and of course free domain, which this is very clear to me on how to do it.

 

What I need to do is similar to free domain offers, (from the Product/Services section) allowing me to choose in which billing cycles I will offer free websites as well.

 

I already search and search in the Product addons, in the configurable options, and in the promotions sections, without finding anything to do this.

 

So, I need help to finding a way to do this.

quickest way is to have a copy of the package called "x-with free website" and only setup 1/2/3 year billing cycles
