I'd like to have a bot update the tickets in "Sales" and "Billing" telling them that their ticket will be handled during office hours. I've not yet found a way to do this. sparky Posted April 30, 2011 Share Posted April 30, 2011 Create an actionhook for "TicketOpen" and "TicketUserReply" and check if the time is out of hours just send an email reply to them stating that the ticket will be replied to during office hours.
