We are having duplicate order id issues, and I submitted a support ticket (ID #408687) over a day ago (over 24 hours now) and marked this as urgent. I am having customer credit cards being denied because of this issue and customers are quite upset. We are requesting support and are willing to pay for this support to upgrade code for changing the order id to include the time to the order id so that there would not be duplicates. We are hoping for a response before the weekend as we have a couple of clients now wanting to cancel because of credit card failure notices (resulting from Duplicate Order ID errors). Glad to report that I did get support for this issue - Matt apologised for the delay - thanks Matt, and provided a revised php page with the addition of the current unix timestamp to the end of the order ID.
