DataHosts Posted June 9, 2006 Share Posted June 9, 2006 Has anyone else had this issue: I add packages via the admin panel and all is well. However, not sure what causes it, but I go to add another package, then a previous added package in the same group will disappear. I can see 2 pending orders from the deleted package, and it shows in the client profile for hosting, but the package does not exist in the admin panel config. Could you email support@whmcs.com with your admin login details and full steps to reproduce the problem so I can look into it.
