malfunction Posted April 21, 2011 Share Posted April 21, 2011 Has anybody had any success getting ticket attachments to work on Windows 2008 R2? Everything looks like it works on the client side, so they happily upload their stuff, but no files ever arrive in the attachments directory. Attempts to download the missing attachment meet with a WHMCS error message of course and we have to ask them to email it instead, As far as we can see permissions are fine and it all should work, but if anybody could share that would be helpful. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
