hajagha
Hi, One of my costumers, today, said to me that if his account hacks, all of his sites passwords will be gone too! I answered him that you have to protect your support account yourself, but we are using WHMCS which is the best is hosting support. I know that WHMCS tech team is trying hard to be more secure, but is there something that I have to do on behalf of admin of my servers? Thanks, Alireza
plusplushosting
One of my costumers, today, said to me that if his account hacks, all of his sites passwords will be gone too! CAn you give us more details? Obviously if someone have acess to the client area he can reset the hosting panel password and gain access there. But this have no relation with the whmcs security. Check waht password your client had, 99% of the time is cause a weak one.
hajagha
Thanks for your reply. I mean that should i do something with MySql that no one can hack it? or should I do something that no one can get user's password? In general, should I do something that my support site became more secure? Thanks again, Alireza
