Support Ticket Not opened?

I am getting an email every second with the subject "Support Ticket Not Opened" from support@nerdalerthosting.com to support@nerdalerthosting.com.

 

The support@nerdalerthosting.com is a physical email box on my server as well as it is set up as the address for the auto ticketing support. I set up the support department as well as the email forwarding.

 

Anyone know what might be going on?

Oh, and the body of the email is this:

 

Nerd Alert Hosting ,

 

Your email to our support system could not be accepted because it was not recognized as coming from an email address belonging to one of our customers. If you need assistance, please email from the address you registered with us that you use to login to our client area.

You have your WHMCS configured to reject any emails coming from email addresses that are not linked to clients, that is why you received that message. Go to your "WHMCS>Setup>Support Departments" and UNCHECK the box that says: "Only allow registered clients to open tickets in this department"... This will allow emails to go through that are not from registered clients.
