kers7754 Posted April 19, 2011 Share Posted April 19, 2011 I am getting an email every second with the subject "Support Ticket Not Opened" from support@nerdalerthosting.com to support@nerdalerthosting.com. The support@nerdalerthosting.com is a physical email box on my server as well as it is set up as the address for the auto ticketing support. If you need assistance, please email from the address you registered with us that you use to login to our client area. hostleet Posted April 20, 2011 Share Posted April 20, 2011 You have your WHMCS configured to reject any emails coming from email addresses that are not linked to clients, that is why you received that message. Go to your "WHMCS>Setup>Support Departments" and UNCHECK the box that says: "Only allow registered clients to open tickets in this department"...
