BryanB Posted April 12, 2011 Share Posted April 12, 2011 It always seems to be a hassle to refund an invoice the same day that it was paid because the transaction at authorize.net is still unsettled until late in the day... WHMCS returns a gateway error. I normally have to just remember to attempt to refund it again the next day or log in to authorize.net, void the payment and manually remove the transaction from the invoice in WHMCS. Does anyone have better way to do this or am I doing something wrong? I think I've seen other systems that will either void the transaction at the gateway for you or wait until the transaction is settled and then refund it.
