Registrar Module - How to access default Billing/Tech contact details

I'm writing a registrar module (for Instra) and I'm working on the RegisterDomain() function, but I can't find any documentation on how to access the default Billing/Admin/Tech Contact Details that are set up in WHMCS. (Setup >> Domain Registrars >> Other Settings)

 

I've printed out all of the values in the $params array, but the values aren't in it.

 

I've even looked at the code for two other modules written by other developers but they don't seem to use them

 

Does anyone know how to get at these values?

I think I get it now ... they are the "adminxxxxxx" values in the params array.
