Tray
Hello! Clients purchase a service through the web checkout, and at the end it forwards them to the paypal checkout where they can pay (We only accept paypal). A invoice is also emailed to them. Most clients pay directly when they get redirected to paypal, and their service is all configured and works fine. However some people prefer to pay via the invoice. We had a client who opened the invoice link that got emailed to them and tried to pay using that. In the top right hand corner there was a drop down box with one choice - "paypal". However that was it, there was no "pay now" button or any way to pay the invoice. Is this a bug or a misconfiguration? How can I fix this? Regards, Tray.
newgenservices
Are you Forcing Subscriptions in Setup \ Payment Gateways \ Paypal PayPal subscribe button will appear only if due date is in the future. Uncheck Force Subscriptions checkbox to have Pay now button displayed.
