Internal Payments

Recommended Posts

Hey Guys,

At the moment, when a client rings up to make a payment over the phone, I have to go into their account, login to their account, pull up the invoice and pay it through the gateway. Having to log in as a client every time is very time consuming and annoying for the customer. What I am wanting to do is to just go to their account, find the invoice, click a button and that will take me to the payment portal (PayMate) where I can then enter the details.

Does anyone know of how I can achieve this?

Thanks!

Matt

In your admin a rea, find invoice and open invoice, their you will see an "add payment" tab, open this and then add the paymengt they have made with transaction number etc. and that it paid.

If I understand you correctly, this is assuming a payment is already completed. What I am wanting is a link to go straight to the PayMate payment portal, so that I can type in the credit card details and process the payment manually.
