kelchm Posted March 30, 2011 Share Posted March 30, 2011 I've just recently started using WHMCS with a gmail account. I've noticed that tickets with different IDs are inexplicably threaded together. Gmail is ignoring the subject and threading the messages together based simply on the fact that the same 3 people are receiving the notification.
