atlanteavila
Hi all, I was re-selling hostgator's service for my customers, but I have made a decision to switch over to JixHost. How do I move all of my customers to the new server with out being down for too long? Also, how do I change the ip address and the license key? Is there a detailed plan of events for this scenario? Additionally, how do I not loose all of the cron jobs that I set up for the account? Thanks in advance!! Edited March 27, 2011 by atlanteavila forgot the cron jobs part!
Salman75
Hi There, You can generate a full backup of your cPanel account from the hostgator server and then ask Jixhost to restore it on their server. That will save you most of the work of reinstall and reconfiguring WHMCS. You will just need to update the server IP's under the server settings in WHMCS. Hope that helps.

rockhost
Yeah be careful, if you migrate properly there should be zero downtime. I hope this advice isn't too late. Good luck.
