othellotech
I'v been getting reports from clients that they get all the way through the ordering process and their "items" vanish some where alog the last stages. The only way I sem to be able to reliably reproduce this is by going back from order step 4 to 3 or refreshing the, which gives me... /order.php?step=4 Description Price Subtotal before VAT: £0.00 GBP VAT @ 17.50%: £0.00 GBP Total Due Today: £0.00 GBP Anyone else seeing the same issue ?
Dominic
I've never seen any issues with jumping between steps, but I've got a step 4 open now...I'll refresh in 10min and see if it's still there, then 20min...I'm guessing it can be controlled by the PHP session timeout setting which iirc is 15 minutes by default. Edit: Just to check - are you using order.php?step=3&modify=true as the link back to step 3? order.php?step=3 causes the order to be blanked for me
