smileys Posted May 8, 2007 Share Posted May 8, 2007 Hi I just got the trial script yesterday and downloaded V3.1.2 I started to install it today and it states in the readmefile and now on the screen that I have to chmod templates_c to 777 I can not find that folder in my download? nitro Posted May 8, 2007 Share Posted May 8, 2007 Hi, that's strange - it should be in there, in the whmcs directory. It's definitely in the installation zip file. Are you sure that you downloaded the "Full Version" zip and not the "Changed Files" one? You could try creating the folder manually and assigning the needed permissions, however I'd be concerned that you might have other files missing. 3cellhosting Posted May 8, 2007 Share Posted May 8, 2007 I had the same problem. The folder is in the full install but for some reason my ftp (SmartFtp) did not create the empty folder. I created a folder called templates_c and chmod 777 and all was fine.
