Delay CC processing until order manually approved?

tmx

Question

In my current modernbill setup, I have things configured so that new clients place their order and enter their CC info, but their credit card isn't actually charged until I manually approve the order. Does WHMCS have the ability to do this?

I see the offline credit card option, but that isn't what I'm after.

Thanks,

-Bob

there are two ways to do this:

1. set everything to manual approval

2. in your "Manage Products & Services" where you setup a hosting product, you can choose from:

Automatically create the account as soon as an order is placed

Automatically create the account as soon as the first payment is received

Automatically create the account when you manually accept a pending order

Do not automatically setup this account

You may not store the "secretcode" of any creditcard.

I didn't see where anybody was suggesting that the secret code be stored. Maybe I missed it.

I know at Authorize.net you can set up the time for the daily batch to be processed. Any time before that you can simply void the transaction and the card will not get charged.
