  1. Did you ever find a solution? having the same problem here. Everything is spot-on. Secret word, callback urls, etc....like you, all I can come up with is the possibility of data/encryption corruption somewhere along the line. Thanks, -Bob
  2. Hey there, I've looked at the custom payment gateway module documentation and it seems pretty straightforward as far as getting information to the payment gateway, but I don't see any way to get the gateway response/error codes read back into WHMCS in order to update the client's account info. Is there a list of additional parameters that has been left out of the documentation? If anyone could shed some light on this I'd sure appreciate it. OR, if anyone has any unencoded gateway modules I can look at, that would work too. Thanks, -Bob
  3. I'm working with the current release of WHMCS in the free trial mode and have run into a small problem. In General Configuration => Domains, I have: "Allow clients to register domains with you" - unchecked "Allow clients to transfer a domain to you" - unchecked "Allow clients to use their own domain" - selected The product type is 'shared hosting account" and the actual product is a test hosting package As far as I can tell, domain registration is disabled across the board, yet the "Order Domain Registration Only" link still comes up on 'order.php'. Is there any way to get rid of this link short of manually editing it out of the template? Thanks, -Bob
  4. Is there any reason I can't specify my own CC encryption hash in configuration.php? Also, am I correct in assuming that once it's been set it can't be changed? Thanks, -Bob
  5. In my current modernbill setup, I have things configured so that new clients place their order and enter their CC info, but their credit card isn't actually charged until I manually approve the order. Does WHMCS have the ability to do this? I see the offline credit card option, but that isn't what I'm after. Thanks, -Bob
