((( PLEASE HELP ))) I have really screwed up.

Recommended Posts

Hi All,

Hope anyone can help on this issue, i have seriously screwed up.

This is what i have done.

A personal friend has bought hosting from me with a .co.za domain name. The account has been setup but now my friend doesnt want the .co.za domain anymore he wants a .com. BUT!! I only went and registered the .com first with enom before allocating it on my WHMCS system first.

So now when my friend logs into his account and tries to register it with my WHMCS it says its allready registered.

So I now have a .com registered with enom that i cant' link to my friends WHMCS account.

Does anyone know of a way to link the .com with his WHMCS account?

Just put the order in as an admin

Then on the domain set it to "active" and teh registrar to email

When he pays the invoice you'll get an email, change the registrar to enom

After that, get a coffee, and write a note for yourself tou get client's to do all the work in future - thats why you have an *ordering* system ;)
