whoisservers.php adjustment .tw & .hk

I've just had to make a couple of changes to whoisservers.php to get .tw & .hk availability checks to return the correct results.

 

.hk|whois.hkirc.hk|Domain Not Found

changed to

.hk|whois.hkirc.hk|The domain has not been registered

 

And

 

.tw|whois.twnic.net.tw|No found

changed to

.tw|whois.twnic.net.tw|No Found 

(ie. Uppercase "F")
