FamilyFirstHosting Posted March 2, 2011 Share Posted March 2, 2011 I have the same issue. It didn't start until I upgraded to the most recent version. My old version (about 12 mo old) didn't have this problem. When I try to manually set the status to paid, it will not change. In my case, the problem is for accounts that have used a promotion code for 100% off the price of the hosting package.
