hostedweb Posted February 18, 2011 Share Posted February 18, 2011 Hi, I have just had to amend a few invoices and mark them as unpaid, however the paid date is still retained against the invoice, shouldnt this be removed? WHMCS CEO Matt Posted February 18, 2011 WHMCS CEO Share Posted February 18, 2011 It's not intended to be removed, but when the invoice is paid again it will update to the new date. Be careful with marking invoices unpaid to be paid a second time though - need to make sure you've moved the due dates of the products they are for back a cycle as otherwise it'll increment the due date again on the second payment.
