[FIXED] Service upgrade email not sent

Service upgrade email is not send in WHMCS 4.4.2.

 

I am aware that there is a new option for "Upgrade Email" in product configuration and email template is selected from a drop down for all products but email is not sent to client on upgrade.

The email is sent when the upgrade is provisioned, that is when the invoice for the upgrade is paid and the automated upgrade/downgrade module call to the server API you use completes successfully. Should that fail then the email won't send.

Hi,

 

Well that is not in my case. Invoice is paid and upgrade is succesfully performed but email is not send.

 

I would just add that it is tested only when adding payment to the invoice manualy on "Invoice Details > Add Payment".

 

This is what I see in the activity log (all logged with the same time)...

 

Automatic Product/Service Upgrade Successful

Module Upgrade/Downgrade Successful

Invoice Marked Paid

Added Invoice Payment

 

Maybe there is a bug only when adding payment like that...?

 

Can you please check that.
