WHMCS CEO Matt Posted February 16, 2011 WHMCS CEO Share Posted February 16, 2011 The email is sent when the upgrade is provisioned, that is when the invoice for the upgrade is paid and the automated upgrade/downgrade module call to the server API you use completes successfully. dexus Posted February 16, 2011 Author Share Posted February 16, 2011 Hi, Well that is not in my case. Invoice is paid and upgrade is succesfully performed but email is not send. I would just add that it is tested only when adding payment to the invoice manualy on "Invoice Details > Add Payment". This is what I see in the activity log (all logged with the same time)... Automatic Product/Service Upgrade Successful Module Upgrade/Downgrade Successful Invoice Marked Paid Added Invoice Payment Maybe there is a bug only when adding payment like that...?
