Therfore we have: Company 1 Support - support@company1.com Company 2 Support - support@company2.com The main company name is Company1, so therfore we have set Company1 in WHMCS Settings, Company name. The problem is when replying on supporttickets. The senders name will be: Company 1 Company1 support and Company 1 Company2 Support <companyname><support department> Therfore, we need to disable the function that inserts companyname in the from-field when sending out support tickets. How can we do that? By the way, It looks like the from-name doesn't have any function in the Email templates when changing supportmails.
