tkalfaoglu
A customer complained that even though he entered the promotion code, he was still charged the full blast for a .TV domain name. I tried to manually add his order via the control panel, and even though I pulled down the promotion code from the list while adding the order, I still got the full price instead. I guess I have something wrong with the setup. The .TV discount only applies to new orders, so here is how I have mine setup: Type: Fixed Amount Recurring: enabled - recur for 0 times (whatever this means.. tried disabled too, same result) Cycyes: Any payment term applies to: Domain - .tv requires: domain - .tv (seems like I had to choose this, I cannot not chose anything) Expiration: 31/05/2011 Maximum uses: 0 and only the Apply to new signups only is selected
GGWH-James
Try removing the requires condition. __EDIT__ I just re-read that. Are you wanting to apply this to new domains or to a clients' current domain(s)? Edited February 8, 2011 by GGWH-James
tkalfaoglu
I read that this .tv promotion was only valid for NEW .tv domains, so I'm trying to apply it to new domains. The "requires" seems un-deselectable.. I could not remove it, I could only select ANOTHER option from the list. -t
