WHMCS CEO Matt Posted February 7, 2011 WHMCS CEO Share Posted February 7, 2011 WHMCS Live Chat Addon Update We are pleased to announce the release of an update to the Live Chat & Visitor Tracking addon for WHMCS - http://www.whmcs.com/livechat.php This latest update from StarDevelop to both the server side files and Windows Desktop Client introduces the following new features: Template Support (Smarty Templates) including a template to match the WHMCS Portal theme Support for the new Windows application v3.90 Activity feed to help monitor your operators (functions like an audit trail) Improvements to the Home dashboard tab within the Windows app (including monthly visitor graph) Other miscellaneous bug fixes and improvements If you already have the live chat addon then upgrading is easy, simply download the updated files from our client area and upload to your WHMCS installation replacing the existing files.
