barryrs
I had a special offer email sent to me offering .co domain names at 50% discount. I have a client who is buying hundreds of names per day from another provider but have managed to get an agreement that he will use me at this discount price which is great. BUT...Can I get WHMCS or eNom to change the pricing structure to this price? IMPOSSIBLE!! WHMCS say its down to eNom, Enom say its down to WHMCS....And neither seem willing or able to deal with this!! What the F*$K is going on here????
openmind
Hang on, are you having a problem setting the price at eNom or within the WHMCS pricing table?
railto
If he is ordering the domains through your whmcs then YOU set the price on the domain pricing table. If enom are charging more than the discounted price then you need to sort that with enom. On a side note, you might want to edit out the last part of your post, at the end of the day you have not given us much info to go on before starting to apportion blame
Alistair
On a side note, you might want to edit out the last part of your post, at the end of the day you have not given us much info to go on before starting to apportion blame I don't see how it was apportioning blame. He's just frustrated and should have avoided using a naughty word on a respectable forum.
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted February 7, 2011 WHMCS CEO Share Posted February 7, 2011 He's referring to his buy price at Enom rather than pricing settings within WHMCS. Unfortunately this was simply a case of not reading the small print of the offer. The over 50% off .co offer is available to all our Enom resellers for the next week, but the email announcement did clearly state: "Automatically enrolled in pricing from February 6, 2011 at 4:00PM PT until February 12, 2011 at 3:59PM PT. Valid on NEW 1 year .CO registrations ONLY. Pricing not valid on Multi-year registrations, transfers, and renewals." Barry was asking us why he didn't have the pricing on Friday 4th so we forwarded that question to Enom, and they didn't get back to us before last night but the above was in the original email about the offer all along. sohouk
The way Enom run promotions is confusing You do have to be careful with dates ( set up a To Do item in WHMCS‼) and also promotion terms (only valid for 1-year etc). The most confusing aspect is that even when enrolled in the Enom promotions, the pricing table at Enom does not show the discounted price which is what I would expect. We were late off the block with .CO names, but when it was extended a further week, we were very pleased with the results.

We had faced this exact problem, then now we switched to another registrarfor quite a long time.
sohouk
As I mentioned before, Netearthone didn't seem that interested in our business so we stay with Enom and others.
