Pre-sales Contact Us requiring user login, How to disable?

It describes pretty much in the title.

 

Pre-Sales contact us requires user to login in order to fill in the form. I do not want it to happen, because I don't allow registration for users with no active packages (who haven't bought packages).

 

How to disable it?

Setup > Support Departments > Pre-Sales

 

Un-tick the "Only allow registered clients to open tickets in this department" box

Also look under Setup > General Settings > Mail

 

Right at the bottom of that page, you should specify where the pre-sales contact form should go, e.g. A support department or an email
