alignhost
I have setup my hosting product's "Auto Setup" setting to "After First Payment". Suppose a customer chooses to pay via bank transfer. I have to receive payment and manually set his account status active from WHMCS admin. (Edit customer order->Module Commands->Create) In doing so, I get 3 emails "Order Confimration", "Customer Invoce' and "Welocme". Customer is not receiving 4th email for "new account" which normally contains cpanel and ftp login info. What i need to do to auto send "new account" emails to customer.
xeqution
You just mark the account off as paid (via the invoice) and it will automatically send out 4 e-mails. dexus
You should not activate anything manually. You should only add payment on the invoice details page, not on the Order page and you should not create account manualy. If you do that manualy you will also had to send that email manualy, but that is not the correct way to do that. You will find a tab "Add Payment" when you go to that invoice details, and when you add payment (transaction) there everything else should be done automaticaly.
