I have setup my hosting product's "Auto Setup" setting to "After First Payment". Suppose a customer chooses to pay via bank transfer. I have to receive payment and manually set his account status active from WHMCS admin. (Edit customer order->Module Commands->Create) In doing so, I get 3 emails "Order Confimration", "Customer Invoce' and "Welocme". Customer is not receiving 4th email for "new account" which normally contains cpanel and ftp login info.
What i need to do to auto send "new account" emails to customer.
