Searching for Tickets by Client Name

supporttickets.php > search/filter > choose client :)

 

Though I agree, not the most efficient method when there's more than hundreds of clients, so it'd be great to have some more text boxes other than just ticket ID available in the filter options :)

I didn't say it wasn't possible, I just wanted it listed alphabetically.

Ah right, they're not. I thought you were (only) referring to adding sort options on the table, since our first few users are alphabetical so when I looked quickly, it looked like the list was ordered :)
