Navid
Hi everyone I get white screen when suppose to login into admin area (http://www.portal.mydomain.com/admin) .The client area works fine with any function. We did not do anything about permission or any configuration through WHMCS files and folders ! I checked PHP version , ioncube loader and curl also but nothing's wrong ! I also opened a ticket from my account but no one could help me ! There is no error with php that show something wrong. Here is the last message which I got : Unfortunately no the PHP Info page doesn't reveal anything obvious as a cause. The PHP version is supported, required modules of curl & ioncube installed and working, settings all ok. Everything says there shouldn't be an issue, and indeed there is no errors appearing, so not sure what it is. I can only presume some kind of Ioncube issue. Maybe if you haven't already then try updating ioncube loaders on your server: http://www.ioncube.com/loaders.php After this message I tried to update Ioncube loader but ... No way to solve Would you please tell us what happened and how could we solve this ? Thanks
Alistair
Have you previously been able to access the admin area, or never? Did all the admin files upload correctly during the install?
Navid
It not like that simple as you think . We are working with WHMCS for at least 6 months and everything was fine , now It's dead .
Alistair
Have you spoken with your hosting provider? It sounds like something to do with them...I've never known WHMCS to just cease working...
Navid
I told you that nothing's changed !!! They don have any responsibility about third party software !
Alistair
I told you that nothing's changed !!!They don have any responsibility about third party software ! Yes but if they support PHP and then don't support PHP, that wouldn't be WHMCS's problem, that would be your hosting providers problem.
