Emails for new accounts

I am in the market for a good billing/account setup software.

 

How does that work with emails for account setup to clients? Let's assume I have 4 WHM accounts and I will put clients for smaller packages on server 1 and clients that order larger packages onto server 2. Each server has of course a different set of DNS servers.

 

If I create an email template that includes the account setup information - will the DNS server information automatically pick the correct DNS server names and IPs based on the WHM account/server the client is on?

Yes it will, you can assign specific packages to specific servers, and at the welcome email it'll attach the assign DNS server for w/e server that goes with it.
