Hi,

So im running SolusVM and WHMCS and all was working fine until a few days ago.. Now its saying my dedicated server is offline in the server status, but when I login to my solusVM control panel everything works fine.. I can create VPS's fine and its fully online and functional.. I never changed the API user or any other settings so im gessing its something I changed in WHMCS thats causing the error.. Aswell as it saying its offline, If i try to edit any of my product packages that involve the dedicated server, WHMCS just loads for like 30 seconds then times out. Not sure if its possible to check the logs or something to figure out whats wrong because I have no clue and I really need to get this back online asap. I'm losing business because of this.

Mabey I could give my login info to an admin and you could take a look..

Thanks, Jon.

Could be any number of reasons... maybe several login failures or so, that's enough to trigger the firewall (if you have one installed).

Or a certain port that is closed in the firewall. Done any updates or changes lately? If not by yourself, then maybe by the data center or whoever controls/administers it?

Just contacted my hosting provider and they claim they have no changed anything in my soft/hardware setup at all. So its deffinately something to do with WHMCS. Because SolusVM running on my dedicated server works fine.. the problem is WHMCS connecting to it. I really need help on this ASAP..
