  1. It very likely means something is missing. Try uploading the 'modules' directory again, I'm sure it will work then.
  2. I suggest you open a ticket from your whmcs client area here, if you haven't done so already. Posting it here in the forum is no guarantee that anyone will see it soon. Hope you get it resolved soon!
  3. Could be any number of reasons... maybe several login failures or so, that's enough to trigger the firewall (if you have one installed). Or a certain port that is closed in the firewall. Done any updates or changes lately? If not by yourself, then maybe by the data center or whoever controls/administers it?
  4. I'd say that the most likely problem is that your dedicated server (the one which shows as being offline) has blocked the IP from the server where your WHMCS is running on.
  5. OK, I see. But what about the product that keeps disappearing? For example, if I am submitting or updating a testimonial as a client, then I can toggle the product on or off and that works just fine. But if I have the product on and I disable the domain, then the product disappears as well. Is that how it's meant to be?
  6. I don't know whether it's a new issue, I only noticed it now.
  7. Thanks for updating so quickly I'm afraid I still have a problem though... When I submit a testimonial and set the 'Show Site URL' and 'Show Product' to enabled, then it will indeed show up just fine as it should. Now, when I go and hide the domain from the admin panel, then it will indeed be hidden, but the product also disappears. If I then attempt to enable the domain again from the admin panel, then it will never be shown again (although it says it is showing from the admin panel, and in the database they are both set to '1'). From the client side, it will show 'Show Site URL' as 'No Thanks'. Only when I enable it again from the client side, then it will work again. I don't know if that has anythign to do with it, but when I view the source code from the testimonials page then the fieldarea for the site url is called 'showurl', but I can't find that in the database, only 'showdomain'. I hope that makes any sense?
  8. It does work with me after uploading the latest updated version. Correct, I noticed that too. I also noticed that nothing happens when clicking the domain option, it never gets updated because no action appears to be linked to it. If those two things can be fixed then it will be perfect
  9. Thanks a lot! But now I'm experiencing a new problem. After uploading the files and going to the module, I get this message: The page isn't redirecting properly Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.
  10. Ahhh, I see! Sorry, I didn't mean to offend you or anything, but these days you see the strangest of tricks Can you let us know when this has been updated in the package? Oh, one more thing, I noticed that in the admin config section, it says '104' for the version, although it is actually 1.06.
  11. Very nice addon! Just one thing that bothers me though... in the admin section, why are those little icons (user_delete.png, email_delete.png, world_delete.png, cart_delete.png, user_add.png, email_add.png, world_add.png, cart_add.png) linked to the external site whmcscollective.com? Is this a sneaky way to track who is using the addon? I for one do not like it when images are linked from elsewhere, and I would love to see those images added to the addon itself, so they will be linked from the actual site it is being hosted on.
  12. This is rather interesting... when I hover over the menu items it shows up the titles. Now, when I hover over the 'Home' button it shows me 'Lagoon Host'. And you're supposed to be BeemHost? Doing a Google search for LagoonHost will for example bring up this page: http://www.webhostingstuff.com/company/LagoonHost.html The thumbnail on that page is identical to the page you claim you made, oopsie! So tell me, was LagoonHost your previous name or did you or your designer nick the template? Lagoonhost.com appears to be offline though, so it's hard to figure what's what.
  13. I notice that the banner "We're giving away the web..." has white corners. Is it meant to be like that or is it perhaps a banner which was meant for a white background? Another thing I noticed is that some of the scrolling images appear rather blurred, which I feel puts the site down a bit as a whole.
  14. Can you tell me what the point is of having music on a hosting site? It looks more like a jukebox than anything else. I'm sorry, but that's the first thing that comes to mind when I see it. You need a lot of work there before you can show anything presentable. And has been suggested, do away with the flash and concentrate on the content and a main layout
