Can a customer edit an old product order to change a configurable option?

I have a product with a configurable option that determines the volume of that particular service they would like to purchase. The fee is a $100 setup plus $100 one-time for each service. How can I configure it so that they can place an initial order for one (so $100 setup plus $100 one-time fee, total of $200) and then come back at a later date and order an additional service paying the $100 per service fee (not the setup)?

I don't think its possible, as in WHMCS when you add a product under the pricing tab you have to add the billing cycles and also setup fee (if you charge it). So this means any time the order for that product is placed the Setup Fee will be added to it.

You can manually edit the invoice value deducting the setup fee from it before client pays it, you can let your clients know that they should contact you before paying second time so that you can deduct the setup fee from it.
