dns management with stargate module

Hello

 

I'm using resell.biz registrar with stargate module in whmcs, and it is working great

however when a customer try to dns management or email forwarding, and when whmcs open a window with branded url link, it give error

 

Error

[r2] Error Message: Please provide valid login Credentials.Invalid Login Credentials.

 

I tried to find about this error but cannot find anything.

 

If any one has suggest then it would be appreciated.

According to the following thread its not a bug:

But a few people seem to be reporting it and I'm having the exact same issues as well. :-(

I just noticed a new release which states in the updates:

"Updated ResellerClub, NetEarthOne & StarGate Registrar Modules to use new API URL ready for announced change next month on 10th February"

 

Are you running the latest version. I will update tomorrow and test again then.

Just to follow up....

 

That resolved the problem for me, my clients and I can now use ResellerClub so consider the other providers us the same system you should be fine as well.

yes, im running latest version.

now i get error

[r4] Error Message: DNS is not activated.

what does this mean?

 

updated: dns is working...apparently dns modification was not active for domain whcih I was trying above.
