There is a one-time setup fee and the initial purchase includes one marketing campaign which they will choose from a list (custom field). Additional marketing campaigns can be purchased without paying the initial setup fee. Again, they would choose the campaign from a list. How should I treat the additional marketing campaigns? As a configurable option? Ideally the customer can go into their account and add another campaign (there will be no need to remove or downgrade as these are all one-time fees). And for each campaign, I want to provide them with an option to upgrade to a larger package that will allow them to contact more people. How can that be configured?
