Adding my hosting company as a client

I added business before any other client, on my commercial email address

I then added myself, on my personal email address

I then added all the packages, services, and Domain Names to my business account

This allowed me to test and check the renewals, notices, cronjobs

On completion I deleted all the test invoices, then reset the invoice back to 1

Finally, I put the prices on my items to 0.00

I now receive email invoices for 0.00, which is ideal for remembering when they expire

I couldn't find any way of testing the PayPal scripts, so had to wait until customers actually paid for orders

Make sure you override the price to 0.00 on your services / products and Domains, otherwise the sales appear and affect the totals

Setup payment method as "mail in payment"

When you have renewed the Domain Name, simply click on Accept Payment under Overdue Invoices

So what would you do in this example:

You have your own domain http://www.example.com added and previously got invoices for the renewal amount let say $8.00 for a .com ( yes this was showing up in the income reports) renewal now you want the invoices to come as $0.00 so this doesn't showup in the Income reports/statements what would you do to fix this issue now?
