tajonny07
So i created a package in WHM, and created a 'product' in WHMCS and put in the package name. But when I try purchasing it, it dosent create the account in WHM, so clearly my WHMCS and WHM arent talking to eachother other correctly. Under 'servers' in WHMCS I put the WHM server into such as IP, username, and password, but I think something is still wrong, because I read when you click the 'WHM' button in your servers list it should take you to your WHM and logg you in, but when I click it, it just takes me to my login page and gives me this: SSL encryption is required for access to this server. Log in using SSL. And if you click the 'Log in using SSL' then it pops up with two textboxes for username and password. Is there no way to give it SSL permisions in WHMCS so it will login using SSL automatically? Because I think this is whats wrong.. =/ Thanks, Jon.
striddy
Check in WHMCS, that your product > module settings > WHM Package Name > is CpanelUsername_WhmPackagename Try also in WHMCS, server > Tick to use SSL Mode for Connections
