From what I've seen at maxind it's controllable via the API, eg:

http://www.maxmind.com/app/telephone_form

I guess this would require some additional development work on the module to allow the customer to choose a preferred language for phone call as a part of the order.

I asked Matt for the modification for select language and I have it working correctly in my whmcs.

 

in the next release is add this (if you need i can upload this module)

 

in the new module you can select the default language.

Would a score of 5.0 be about average for Business-to-Consumer (B2C) environments? Which is the category we fall into, because we generally sell hosting accounts to consumers.

 

2.5 seems to be for Business-to-Business (B2B) environments.
