Not HAPPY with WHMCS currently!

Ok, so ive been trying to get support and have gotten it, but at a very SLOW pace. M

 

My payjunction gateway module is not working correctly. It is not connecting to the pay junction website at all. Pay junction even gave me test account information to try with the gateway module and still, no connection established.

 

I need this fixed as soon as possible as I have customers who cant pay! What the heck is going on? WHMCS, look at my account tickets, adminstrator@hostbacon.com.

 

WHMCS - Im not happy right now, for the first time.

I've had a look at your account, and you got an initial response after just 9 hours (even though you only have a free license) and then have replied again overnight, on a weekend, so not sure what more you were expecting but we don't work 24x7 and you will get another response later today providing you don't bump your ticket any further.

UPDATE: Turned out to be a simple login details error. Please always check Billing > Gateway Log first for any recorded errors if experiencing payment issues.
