How do i set Post Reply statuses in the ticket area

hello

in the ticket area the Post Reply is defaulted to answered and return to list,

 

how do i change this to another status like Hold, as tickets are being set to answered when they re being worked on or replied to wanting more information

 

Hold is a status that i have set up

What i want to do is change the default order of tickets. As it now works default is answered, if the operator forgets to change the status to hold or whatever when replying then a pending or hold ticket is automatically marked answered, not a ideal situation.

 

 

In past verisons u could edit the order in the template, seems now you can not
