RMIGHTY1 Posted January 2, 2011 Share Posted January 2, 2011 (edited) I get tickets closing over and over and over again. Emails are sent out stating ticket has been closed. Cron states tickets have been closed. Then they repeat every day that they have been closed. How do I bring this to finality? D-Litz Posted January 3, 2011 Share Posted January 3, 2011 I had the same problem and opened a ticket with WHMCS... Here is Matt's reply Hi, You need to check in Setup > Ticket Statuses that you haven't set the Auto Close option to apply to the closed ticket status. Regards, Matt I see from your first screen shot that you have yes under the Auto Close for closed tickets.
