Maxmind isn't preventing sign ups

We setup and configured our "Minfraud" add on for WHMCS but potential clients are still being allowed to create user accounts and place orders (though the orders are marked "fraud").

 

Thanks to a very popular promo we're running that leaves me with a few hundred "fraud" orders and clients to delete every day.

 

Is there a way to configure WHMCS so fraud orders and client accounts are automatically deleted or "not completed"?

 

If not, is there a fairly easy way to modify it to function that way?

Yes, that's exactly how it works - you can then decide tio reset a fraud order to pending, delete it, or (if you're sure these are just scum trying it on) ban their IP then delete the client - or keep them for tracking purposes etc.

 

There's no "auto delete" of a fraud order , and no auto-delete of a client.
