Harris_whoo
Hello, I have issues wiht my WHMCS installation, It was working fine until yesterday, I decided to upgrade to new the stable version 4.4.1 and then It does not work properly. When I want to send a Welcome Email, the system returns me this error ---------- Email Sending Failed - Invalid address ---------- The server meets the requirements -------------- Linux OS: CentOS 5 PHP Version 5.x or later: 5.2.14 MySQL Version 4.1.x or later (Strict Mode Disabled): 5.0.91 Curl Support (with SSL) GD Image Library Ioncube Loaders: v3.3.20 -------------- Do you know what is happening? The problem is that there are not logs about whmcs trying to send the welcome email in the first place, the server works sending mail as we test it through webmail But in whmcs the mail isn't even sent to the mailer (exim) in the last version whmcs has no problem sending the email but in this it simply doesn't work, could some configuration change during the upgrade? Thanks in advance.
D-Litz
Take a look at the bug reports area http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?t=34463 There is a post by Matt here that provides the fix. http://forum.whmcs.com/showpost.php?p=171599&postcount=7 Otherwise just go into your products and services and make sure you have the proper email template shown for that product/service.
