Suppot ticket statistics showing wrong count

Hello,

 

I looked and did not see this posted but in the main support center the

count for the amount of support tickets is wrong.

 

I currently have a test install and have only 1 ticket created and it says

I have 3 total tickets open and 11 total closed in the Ticket Statistics.

 

It also shows I have 13 total Sales tickets and 1 Support ticket in the

Department statistics.
