Mobile edition

I just purchased the mobile edition and have two issues.

 

Selecting tickets shows only tickets awaiting reply. I want to be able to access tickets with other statuses.

 

In addition if a Technical Support person logs on they get an error "You do not have the required permission to perform the selected operation!" They can then click on tickets, and proceed to do their work but I would like for them to have a more graceful entrance.
