tulaweb Posted December 21, 2010 Share Posted December 21, 2010 I just purchased the mobile edition and have two issues. Selecting tickets shows only tickets awaiting reply. I want to be able to access tickets with other statuses. In addition if a Technical Support person logs on they get an error "You do not have the required permission to perform the selected operation!"
