Client wants to add 3 years to hosting

If you have triennial pricing configured, you can change their billing cycle to triennial and check the box to auto-calculate the price on saving; their next invoice would then be for 3 years of service. If you do not have triennial pricing configured you would have a few options:

  • Manually generate an invoice for 3 years of hosting. Once your client pays the invoice, change the next due date of their hosting service accordingly.
  • If you are making use of the credit system, you could have the client pay 3 years worth of hosting into their credit account; to be credited to future invoices.

There may be some other options for you as well, but it is 0247 here and I am dead tired. In fact, I am surprised that I managed to write this much and be somewhat coherent throughout.
