GGWH-James
If you have triennial pricing configured, you can change their billing cycle to triennial and check the box to auto-calculate the price on saving; their next invoice would then be for 3 years of service. If you do not have triennial pricing configured you would have a few options: Manually generate an invoice for 3 years of hosting. Once your client pays the invoice, change the next due date of their hosting service accordingly. If you are making use of the credit system, you could have the client pay 3 years worth of hosting into their credit account; to be credited to future invoices. There may be some other options for you as well, but it is 0247 here and I am dead tired. In fact, I am surprised that I managed to write this much and be somewhat coherent throughout.

That's the option I'd go for.
